Bowl Championship Series games will move to ESPN starting in January 2011. The network and the BCS announced a new four-year contract Tuesday. ESPN outbid Fox, which is paying $80 million annually to broadcast the games from 2007-10.

- Jim, I am a life long Democrat and I voted for Pres. Obama. I think it will not matter if there is an R or a D after the member of Congress' name - taxes will have to go up. The Federal deficit, started under Pres. Bush II, is on target for $1 trillion per year for the forseeable future.

- I am disappointed and disillusioned. Yes, Pres. Obama inherited a mess (the economy was a mess - not like now, but a mess; the deficit was soaring; unemployment was at 7%) and yes, he wanted the job. I voted for him.

- I am not Catholic or Christian. I have known Catholics - lay people, Nuns, Brothers and Priests - all my life. What I see from your article is an anti-Catholic picture that the author, from ignorance or bias, does not want to disturb with the entire set of facts.
What do the primary results Tuesday, notably wins by Rand Paul in Kentucky and Joe Sestak in Pennsylvania, say about the mood of the country?

- I am not happy with either the Pelosi's and Reid's any more than I am with the McConnell's and Bonyer's. One micro situation that may indicate the Dems have a huge problem this year is me. I have never voted for a Republican in my 30 years of voting. I voted for Pres. Obama in '08.

- Mr. Crook is correct; Pres. Obama did break faith with the American people. Clearly taxes will have to go up for at least the next 4-5 years and health insurance premiums will continue to rise - if we are lucky the rate of increase will be less than it is today.
